- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Press the pie crust into a pie plate.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is almost set.
- Let the pie cool completely.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
