- 1 (5-pound) fully cooked ham
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).
- Place ham in a baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine crushed pineapple, brown sugar, pineapple juice, Dijon mustard, ginger, and cloves.
- Pour the pineapple mixture over the ham.
- Bake for 1 hour, basting occasionally with the pineapple sauce.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a crispier topping, you can broil the ham for the last 2-3 minutes of baking.
- Ensure your ham is fully cooked before starting.
