- 2–4 tablespoons hot water, to thin
Instructions
- Combine peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using) in a medium bowl.
- Whisk until the ingredients are well combined.
- Gradually add hot water, one tablespoon at a time, whisking until the sauce reaches your desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.

- For a spicier sauce, add more red pepper flakes or a dash of sriracha.
- Substitute maple syrup or agave nectar for honey for a vegan option.
